Terms & Conditions

• Stay Free Golden Chain and Mainstay programme is delivered by Mitchell Corp.
• Free nights must be redeemed within 12 months of the first date on this card.
  Accommodation for the 11th night is for a standard single, twin, and double room only.
• The 11th night must be pre-booked, subject to availability, and the card holder must advise at the time of reservation that they have a free night voucher. To book your free night please phone the property directly.
• Please ensure your card is stamped at the time of stay. Stamps will not be issued after check-out for past stays.
• Stamps will only be issued to the card holder settling their account directly with the property.
• Room nights reserved as a pre packaged tour/itinerary, negotiated corporate rates, or any other offer, or any commissionable programme are not eligible.
• All reservations are subject to availability and at the time of reservation guests must state they are a “Stay Free Card Holder”. All reservations must be made directly with the property.
• STAY TEN NIGHTS, GET ONE FREE OFFER APPLIES ONLY TO PARTICIPATING GOLDEN CHAIN MOTELS AND MAINSTAY HOTELS IN NEW ZEALAND.
• Mitchell Corp reserves the right at all times to make changes to the programme, the terms and conditions and participating properties without notice and may terminate this programme at any time.
