The Golden Chain standard policy requires cancellation by 4:00pm, 24 hours prior to arrival, although individual properties may have different policies.

7-days prior to your arrival your card will be charged. If your arrival date is within 7-days, your card will be charged at time of booking.

If the payment fails, you will be notified via email with the next steps on how to pay and secure your booking, otherwise the booking will be cancelled within 48 hours.

If booking on the Golden Chain website, a valid credit card or debit card will be required to secure your booking and will be charged 7-days prior to your arrival date.
